48th Annual General Meeting, Refreshments & Social will be held on Wednesday 14th October 2026 – 7pm for 7.30pm.

This will be at the Club Suite, Hurstpierpoint Village Centre, Trinity Road, Hurstpierpoint, West Sussex BN6 9UY situated opposite the car park entrance on Trinity Road.
ONCE AGAIN, WE SHALL BE HAVING SOME WONDERFUL RAFFLE PRIZES KINDLY DONATED BY VARIOUS RETAILERS.
This year our Guest Speaker is Babs Malins from COURT MEADOW GROUP RDA (Riding for the Disabled Association) which was started back in 1977. She will be telling us about the group, its history, their journey through the years, their proud moments and much much more. In 2027 Court Meadow Group RDA will be celebrating their 50th Anniversary. There will be a chance to ask Babs any questions. Do come along for an interesting talk on this amazing voluntary group.
Proceeds of the Raffle will go to Court Meadow Riding for the Disabled registered Charity: No. 1203735, Gift Aid No. XN632890000.
The Refreshments: this year we will be serving light refreshments – finger food. If you have a nut allergy, we cannot guarantee that the foods served are free from any allergens, therefore, may contain traces of nuts etc.
The Cost: free of charge, however a donation for the food would be gratefully appreciated. Please book early to avoid disappointment.
