Equestrians can report problems with:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>a road\/off-road user<\/li>\n<li>dogs<\/li>\n<li>slippery road surfaces<\/li>\n<li>low flying aircraft or nuisance drones<\/li>\n<li>fireworks<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>You should\u00a0 report any of the above\u00a0 incidents to the BHS via the online form on the BHS website: <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bhs.org.uk\/go-riding\/record-an-incident\/\">\u00a0https:\/\/www.bhs.org.uk\/go-riding\/record-an-incident\/<\/a> \u00a0or download the new free &#8216;<em>Horse i<\/em>\u00a0 <em>App&#8217;<\/em> :<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.BHS.Horsei&amp;hl=en_GB&amp;gl=US\">https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.BHS.Horsei&amp;hl=en_GB&amp;gl=US<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>BIRD SCARERS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The \u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/midsussexbridleways.org.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/NFU-Bird-Scarer-Advice-for-Farmers.pdf\">NFU Bird Scarer Advice for Farmers<\/a> contains some useful information.\u00a0 It has a special section about use near rights of way and roads used by horses! It is often productive to be able to point out to a farmer that he\/she is not complying with his\/her own organisation&#8217;s advice when dealing with a problem.<\/p>\n<p>PROBLEMS FROM ABOVE<\/p>\n<p><b>Low Flying Army Chinook Helicopters\u00a0\u00a0<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Some of MSABG\u2019s area is regularly used for Army helicopter training including low flying techniques.<\/p>\n<p>The BHS suggest that, in addition to wearing hi visibility jackets when hacking, you may also help to avoid a potentially nasty accident occurring if you wear one when schooling your horse outdoors as well.<\/p>\n<p>You should contact the MOD to notify them of any incident.
